layout ideas
so what should my site's layout look like...
specifically for my more NSFW, “Choose Not To Use Archive Warnings” account. i've whittled down dozens of layouts to four. all of these would be customizable to some extent, and I plan to at least make a light/dark mode for the latter two
- a nice clean design. my favorite thing about this theme is that, when you click on a post/article, it makes a table of contents for that page (seen here). my least favorite thing is the lack of tag functionality, although the built in search might mitigate that issue. i might use this regardless for my wiki
- this one's called frosti. it has a lot of things i like built in and just... looks very neat. i'm not sure how i like the huge ass image banners though :|
- scotch tape. if it's not obvious, i really like stationary themed stuff. i also like that it retains its look on mobile as well.
- lace and roses. this one is just excessively cute
...now it makes me wonder if it's feasible to... idk use astro /with/ the iframe layouts or something. cause otherwise, if i use a iframe, one of the pages called “tags” or something would need to be updated every time i add something.
